Welcome to ASIA STAR FOODSTUFF TRADING L.L.C. (“Asia Star”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and related digital services operated by ASIA STAR FOODSTUFF TRADING L.L.C. (collectively, the “Platform”).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You must be at least 18 years of age, or otherwise have the legal capacity required under applicable law, to independently create an account or place an order through our Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you are under the applicable legal age, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for your use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Many products supplied by Asia Star are fresh agricultural products and therefore naturally vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, and similar products may reasonably differ in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Color<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Weight<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Texture<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        • Appearance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Natural markings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          These natural variations are normal characteristics of agricultural produce and do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective or of unacceptable quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          We make reasonable efforts to select, handle, store, and supply products that meet our quality standards at the time of preparation and delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          6. Product Images & Descriptions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, origins, weights, quantities, and other information displayed on our Platform are accurate and helpful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          However, product photographs are primarily provided for illustrative purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Actual products may vary slightly from images displayed on our website due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Because of the natural characteristics of fresh produce, actual supplied weight may reasonably differ from an indicated approximate weight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Where the final quantity or measured weight affects the amount payable, any adjustment will be handled in accordance with the information provided through our Platform and applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            8. Prices & VAT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on our Platform are in UAE Dirhams (AED).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            All prices displayed for items on our website are exclusive of VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on our Platform are accurate and current. However, occasional technical, typographical, or pricing errors may occur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  • Correct apartment, villa, office, building, or access information<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                    Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive fresh or perishable products where necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    If delivery cannot reasonably be completed because of incorrect information, inaccessible premises, or the recipient’s absence, we may contact the customer to arrange an appropriate solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    14. Receiving & Inspecting Your Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                    Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders as soon as reasonably possible following delivery, particularly fresh, chilled, frozen, or perishable products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Please contact our customer-service team promptly if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    • An incorrect item has been delivered<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • A product is damaged<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                    • The delivered quantity materially differs from the order<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • There is another genuine quality issue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      We may reasonably request photographs, the order number, product details, or other relevant information to assess the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      15. Perishable Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      Fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, chilled products, frozen products, and certain other food products are perishable and may require appropriate handling and storage immediately following delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Customers are responsible for following appropriate storage instructions after receiving their order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Quality concerns involving perishable products should be reported promptly so that the condition of the product at or shortly after delivery can reasonably be assessed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      16. Returns, Replacements & Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      Customer satisfaction and product quality are important to ASIA STAR FOODSTUFF TRADING L.L.C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
